Return & Refund Policy
- Return your unwanted item within 7 days of placing your order. The product should be returned in its original condition, with the original tag intact. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
- Returns & Exchanges usually take 7 days to be received and processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.
- Any items sold during any sales cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All sold Sale items are final.
For UAE Refund & Exchange
- If you would like to change your item for a different size or return please send an email to: support@corefit.me
- For exchanges, please allow 3-5 business days following the receipt of the original item for your new item to be shipped out, we’ll stay in touch with all tracking information.
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
- For Card Payments please allow 7 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
For International Refund & Exchange
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order. Please send an email to support@corefit.me
- We do not offer exchanges for International orders. Once you receive your refund you can place a new order.
- The customer will be responsible for covering the delivery cost associated with refunds of the items.
